
Contemporary Ukrainian sculptor, author of a number of monumental works in more than 25 countries, an active participant in the international symposium movement. Since 1996 she has participated in more than 150 international and national symposia, exhibitions and art events. Liudmyla was the artistic director of sand sculpture festivals in Kyiv, Minsk, and Malevizi. The works are stored in the Ukrainian Folk Decorative Art Museum (Kyiv), Museum of Modern Ukrainian Art (Kyiv), the Regional Museum in Stalowa Wola (Poland), the Tefen Museum (Ma’alot-Tarshiha, Israel), the Mosan Art Museum (Boryeong, South Korea), in public and private collections in Ukraine, Australia, Azerbaijan, Brazil, Great Britain, Canada, China etc.
The artist was inspired to create an abstract composition by playing with her son in a magnetic constructor. In combining many simple elements into a complex form, Liudmyla saw a new aesthetic of monumental sculpture. This work belongs to the series “Magnetic Designer”, the previous compositions of which were realized in Tefen Industrial Park (Israel) and Mosan Art Museum (South Korea).
