Volodymyr works a lot with nature. The shape, volume and plasticity prevail over the plot in his works. The internal architectonics in the female image, which turns into a poetic and metaphorical sound of the image, is the main element for the artist. Volodymyr ‘s work is characterized by simplicity and naturalness, which are the criteria of beauty and purity of the sculptural object.
The main statuary idea of the work is the female body plasticity, the architectonics of the figure supported by one leg.
This classic piece has been topical throughout the life of classical art for sculptors of all generations — the need to produce their own version, filled with their existential content, poetry.
In this case, it’s a combination of the flowing lines of the female body with the architectural elements of parallelepipeds and a sphere that has its own symbolic meaning.
